Audience Award for Delirest CZU

The team Delirest Menza CZU became the spectators' favourite of the International Canteen Championship. The guests loved their dishes the most.

Five teams competed in this year's third edition of the International Canteen Championship. The team Delirest Menza (canteen) of the Czech Agricultural University (CZU) won the sympathy award in the tasting competition.

This year, the competition teams had to prepare a full two-course menu in the spirit of the motto "Our Countryside" in the composition of starter/main course or main course/dessert. The mandatory ingredients were: pork, potatoes, honey and yoghurt.

The Delirest Menza CZU team bet on cheeks, so the audience appreciated especially the strong juice in which the cheeks were served. Everything literally melted on the tongue!

  • Pork pate, cherry chutney with chilli and gluten-free yoghurt fritters with flakes
