In June, we’re serving familiar flavours with an Indian twist

Chicken or lentils need no introduction – we’ve all had them a thousand times. That’s exactly why our Gastro Calendar is reinventing these traditional ingredients with a new and exciting flavour profile. This time, we’re heading to India.

On the menu: chicken korma in a spiced sauce with yoghurt, cashews, coconut and almonds, served with fragrant raisin pilaf rice. Discover how surprisingly well flavours can work together – even those you’d rarely combine at home.

Those who prefer a meat-free option can try our Sri Lankan lentil dhal with rice and garlic flatbread.
