Just like being at a festival
The summer holidays are slowly drawing to a close, and festival season with them. Whether you’ve already been to a festival or still have one planned, in the third week of August our Gastro Calendar is bringing street food to our canteens that tastes like it came straight from a food truck window at a music festival.
On the menu, you’ll find a bun filled with Southern fried chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and horseradish mayonnaise, served with rustic chips. The second option offers a langoš with pulled pork shoulder, BBQ sauce and a sauerkraut and chilli pepper slaw, all topped with marinated red onion.
