The May Gastro Calendar goes gluten-free
You’ve probably already heard about gluten intolerance, allergies or coeliac disease. People who need to avoid gluten steer clear of certain grains and often have to adapt their diet quite significantly. But that doesn’t mean their menus aren’t varied and full of flavour. In the third week of May, our Gastro Calendar invites you to explore their world of gluten-free cooking.
