Our culinary adventures continue in August, bringing flavours and recipes you won’t find just anywhere.
Thanks to our Gastro Calendar, you’ll get to savour moussaka, dish usually linked with Greece, and lamb kebab, a dish dating all the way back to the Ottoman Empire.
Our chefs will work their magic with a version of moussaka made with pork, oregano, cinnamon, and roasted aubergine, all baked under a smooth layer of creamy béchamel sauce. Then there’s the juicy lamb kebab – served with crunchy vegetables, chips, and a garlic dressing.
