In September, we’re serving something close to home
Rested and recharged? We certainly hope so – because in September, our special Gastro Calendar event returns with flavours from our own corner of the world. During the third week of the month, we’ll be serving Moravian specialities – and you’ll catch the smoky aroma from miles away.
Across all our restaurants, you can choose a Horácko-style beef roll, filled with sauerkraut and smoked bacon, served with potato dumplings. Or try something a little less common – Wallachian Kontrabáš: a blend of buckwheat, boiled potatoes, and smoked pork, all infused with beechwood smoke and topped with crispy bacon and fried onions.
