A spring detox with the Gastro Calendar

Spring is in full swing, bringing with it a sense of new beginnings. You’ve probably already tackled your spring cleaning – so why not give your body a bit of a cleanse, too? Try slow-cooked beef in a rich jus, served with celeriac and potato purée, carrots and broccoli, all finished with a fragrant herb oil.
