A spring detox with the Gastro Calendar
Spring is in full swing, bringing with it a sense of new beginnings. You’ve probably already tackled your spring cleaning – so why not give your body a bit of a cleanse, too? And the best place to start is with what’s on your plate. That’s why, in the third week of April, our Gastro Calendar brings you light and wholesome lunches.

On the menu, you’ll find a roasted aubergine salad with sliced chicken breast, rocket, a roasted tomato dressing and crunchy croutons. Looking for something a little more filling? Try slow-cooked beef in a rich jus, served with celeriac and potato purée, carrots and broccoli, all finished with a fragrant herb oil.
