A taste of distant lands, yet still close to home. Enjoy the Balkans with us
Many have visited Balkan beaches or mountains – it’s not far from Czechia, whether by car or by plane. Still, for Czechs and Slovaks, these countries hold a hint of exotic. That’s exactly why we’re excited to feature them in our May menu.
As part of our Gastro Calendar, during the third week of May we’ll be serving a Balkan-style meat variation with rice and crispy chips.
You’ll be able to choose between the famous pljeskavica with delicious pepper ajvar or a rich and hearty đjuvec. Never heard of djuvec? This risotto-like dish us sure to win you over with its juicy pork belly, aubergine, and spring onion.
