Warming up this November with the hearty magic of Irish cooking

The second half of November pretty much defines gloomy weather. Add in the infamous Irish island climate and you’ve got the perfect excuse for a proper meal that warms you through and through. And that’s exactly what we’re serving in the third week of November with our Gastro Calendar.

The menu features a classic, comforting Irish stew – slow-cooked beef with potatoes and vegetables. Curious about what modern Irish cuisine looks like? Try juicy turkey breast studded with bacon, served with a cranberry demi-glace and creamy mashed potatoes with mint. Fresh, hearty and perfectly autumnal.
