Welcome to the new year! Once again, our Gastro Calendar is ready to take you on a culinary trip around the world – and every good journey starts at home. That’s why in the third week of January, our menus will feature a beloved Czech classic. But if winter feels a bit too chilly for your taste, why not get a head start and begin your adventure in sun-drenched Italy?

From the Czech kitchen, you’ll be warmed up with slow-roasted game with both red and white cabbage, potato and Carlsbad dumplings, all topped with golden crispy onions. Prefer something lighter and Mediterranean? Then go for pulled beef in a rich tomato sauce with creamy basil-infused polenta.
