More and more people are getting used to discovering new flavours and exploring the surprising experiences that unexpected combinations can bring.
Italian pizza is a classic of classics now, and even dishes like bún bò nam bộ are becoming increasingly common in our kitchens. So for April’s Gastro Calendar’s theme, we’re venturing even further – to Africa.

This time, our chefs have explored the spices of North Africa. On your plate, you’ll find delights like Moroccan spiced chicken tagine with coriander couscous, or roasted chicken thigh with fragrant spices. Africa has won us over right away. What will your verdict be?
