A passion called Indian cuisine

In the third week of February, we will introduce you to extremely diverse Indian cuisine in all Delirest restaurants and canteens.

In our country, Indian cuisine is known above all for its perfectly spiced and sharp curries, but it also offers many other ingredients and diverse tastes! The colors, smells, and tastes of Indian cuisine are as intense as India itself. Perhaps this is also why traditional, as well as modern, Indian cuisine is gaining more and more fans who can appreciate its uniqueness and unmistakability.

It is impossible to say exactly what a typical Indian food is, but to some extent it could be represented by curry, originally a Tamil dish that spread throughout India. But not in the sense of a spice mixture, as we know it thanks to the British colonizers - for Indians, curry is basically any dish with a consistency resembling a ragout, that is, vegetables or meat cut into small pieces.

Therefore, in the third week of February in Delirest restaurants and canteens Butter chicken - chicken curry with a spicy tomato-butter sauce, basmati rice/naan bread will be our "hero of the moth". The second selected recipe from our CulinaryCalendar will be Pork Vindaloo – spicy pork curry served with mustard potatoes.
