The "schnitzel" is the pride of the plate

Schnitzel belongs to our DNA just like Pilsner or Hurban beer.  The popularity of modern schnitzel is said to be due to Marshal Radecký. It was he who brought the schnitzel to Vienna.

Many types of meat can be prepared as schnitzel - popular are chicken or turkey schnitzel, delicate rabbit and, of course, carp, without which our Christmas would not be complete. However, if we talk about a classic schnitzel, then it should be exclusively pork (it can also be wild boar) or veal.

Potato salads that do not need mayonnaise, but are still creamy, are referred to as Viennese potato salad. Only broth, vinegar and oil are used in the dressing, i.e. all liquid ingredients. Even so, you can achieve creamy, thick toppings.
